How to make Eggbread.

Eggbread is the Aussie bastard child of French toast. It’s simple, it’s fun, and it’s bloody good.
INGREDIENTS.
Bread.
Butter.
Tomato.
Cheese.
Tomato Sauce.
Barbeque sauce.
Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Wostochere Sauce.
Any Other Sauce you like.
STEPS:
1. Gather all your sauces and a lump of butter. Drop them all in a frying pan. Put the heat on, bit over medium. You should be making good time at this stage, basically just to avoid burning the crap out of it.
2. Drop your two pieces of bread in. Swish them around to soak up all that lovely juice. Yummy McYumyum.
3. Break an egg over the two pieces of bread. If you really like a good bit of yolk then pop the yolk and let it seep in.
4. Once it’s all soaked in a bit flip it over the cook that egg in!
5. Once it’s cooked. Take it out, dump it on a plate. YES that stuff IS going to stick to the pan. Soak it and prepare to unleash the brutal scrubbing later.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Smack some Tomato on top.
8. ENJOY!

A responsible cook would wait for the pan to cool, but adding water while hot gives one steam a'pleanty.
